Cory Kovanda (top) is Area Director over all YL ministry in The Cape Fear Area (Wilmington). He leads students at Hoggard High School. Caroline Peterson (middle) oversees YL College and leads students at UNCW. Hannah Potts (bottom) is Area Director over all ministry in the Cape Fear North Area (Hampstead) and leads students at Topsail High School.

The NextGen experience is a leadership pipeline training program designed to develop leaders who are called to serve in diverse and multi-ethnic communities. Daelon (top) and Denissa (bottom) are students at UNCW , members of the NextGen Leader program, and lead students at New Hanover High School.
